The West Virginia Supreme Court unanimously agreed today to hear a full appeal of  the case over natural gas drilling at Chief Logan State Park. Justices voted 5-0 to hear the case, in which environmental groups and state regulators seek to overturn a lower court ruling to allow new drilling operations inside the Logan County park.
