  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Support Group will meet from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at South Charleston Middle School. Speaker will be psychiatrist Dr. Jenee Walker.   • Al-Anon will have the following open meetings: 8 p.m. Tuesdays, St. John's Episcopal Church, 1105 Quarrier St.; 7 p.m. Thursdays, St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 819 Somerset Drive; 5:30 p.m. Fridays, Village Chapel Presbyterian Church, 3818 Venable Ave., Kanawha City; 7 p.m. Sundays, Legacy Study Group, First Presbyterian Church, 508 Second Ave., South Charleston.   • Members of the National Park Service will honor Rep. Nick Rahall, D-W.Va., with the "Legislator of the Year" award and to celebrate the 40th anniversary on the signing of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the National Park Service's Grandview amphitheatre. More than 100 local students will participate in the annual Water Festival and receive their Junior River Ranger badges. Take Interstate 64 to exit 129, follow signs for the next six miles along W.Va. 9 to Grandview.
  • Truth Seekers will meet from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Top O Rock for an open discussion on what the government and national news will not say. Some topics include taxes, health, war, 9/ 11, banking, fake terrorists and more. The group meets the first Sunday of each month and also has special meetings.
