Many artists represented at River Arts show, sale
River Arts will hold an art show and sale at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 520 Kanawha Blvd. W. A reception will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Dec. 5, and the exhibit and sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 6.
Works by Don Ashworth, Pat Anderson, Lulu Beaudreault, Carolyn Cavendish, Rob Cleland, Sheila Caim, Mayssan Shora Farra, Trisha Fox, Anna Toler Frazier, Jan Griffin, Bruce Haley, Charles Jupiter Hamilton, Chris Higgins, JoAnn Jacobs, Jorie Jenkins, Barrie Kaufman, Sandra King, Michael Lilly, Patricia Link, Linda Lock, Pat Miller, Laura Moul, Betty Mullens, Lesia Null, J.P. Owens, Reed Family, Pat Roberts, Bob Rosier, Regina Swim, Kathy Talley, Cherese Weaver and Mary Lou Wiegand will be presented.
Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, with donations accepted. Admission to the exhibit and show is free.
Tamarack schedules classes for holidays
BECKLEY - Tamarack in Beckley offers several hands-on classes in November and December. Handcraft classes are in Studio C; cooking in the atrium. All are $10 per person. No experience necessary. The classes include:
